We also don't work from a fixed template. Every home is quoted based on its actual size and condition, because a two-bedroom condo and a five-bedroom house with pets need genuinely different amounts of time and attention, a flat-rate approach shortchanges one or the other.

One-time cleans start at $180 per visit. Ongoing service, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, starts at $140 per visit, so the more regularly we clean for you, the more you save.
Every Smart Clean estimate is based on your actual property, never a flat, one-size-fits-all price. Four things shape your quote:
Home Size: Square footage and number of bedrooms/bathrooms determine how long a clean takes.
Current Condition: A first-time deep clean naturally takes more time than a home already on a regular schedule.
Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients receive lower rates than one-time cleans.
Add-Ons: Inside the oven, fridge, or interior windows can be added to any clean.
Choosing the Right Cleaning Schedule
Best for a single event, an upcoming visit from family, or simply trying us out before committing to a schedule. Covers a full clean of your home in one visit, with no ongoing commitment.
One-Time
Best for busy households, families with young kids, or anyone who wants their home consistently guest-ready. With a clean every week, there's rarely time for mess to build up, you'll mostly notice small, steady upkeep rather than a big transformation each visit.
Weekly
Our most common schedule, and a good middle ground for most households. Enough time passes between visits that there's a noticeable difference each clean, without letting things get out of hand in between.
Bi-Weekly
Best for smaller households, homes that stay tidy day-to-day, or as a supplement to your own routine. Because a full month passes between visits, each clean tends to take a bit longer than a weekly or bi-weekly visit.
