Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code, and we take that responsibility very seriously. All keys and codes are kept secure and confidential. Our professional team is trained to ensure your home is securely locked upon their departure.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Our cleaning teams typically work from 7:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays. We can also arrange for evening or weekend services upon request to fit your schedule.

It depends on the service. For one-time deep cleans, post-construction, and move-in/out cleanings, we bring everything needed. For regular residential or office services, we typically use your preferred supplies and equipment, but we can provide our own for a small additional charge.

No long-term contracts! We believe in earning your business with every clean. We do have a simple service agreement that outlines our safety policies to ensure a smooth and secure experience for both you and our team.

We offer free cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice (excluding weekends). Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee, as our teams depend on their scheduled hours. We appreciate your understanding!

Our work is guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly send a team back to address any issues at no extra charge.

We accept cash, e-transfer, credit, or cheque. We can provide an invoice for all services upon request.
